All baking must be in STORAGE BAGGIES and entered on a disposable plate covered in plastic wrap. Baking may be sold for Fair benefit. No commercial cake or cookie mixes will be accepted. Recipes are to be submitted with each entry. Refrigeration is NOT available.

RULES:
(1) Exhibitors must be residents of the state of Connecticut. If entered by juniors, they will be considered adults.
(2) All entries must be pre-registered on the General Entry Form by September 1st. Mail to: P.O. Box 24, Somers, CT 06071.
(3) Judging will be based on appearance, flavor, and texture.
(4) Entries will be accepted at the Exhibit Building on Wednesday before the Fair, between 12 Noon and 7:30 pm.
